Not impressed, apartment not cleaned on arrival
I was phoned 2 days before our stay to say that a previous guest had left the tap on and had cause damage and i was sent photos of an alternative apartment in another area of London, which looked fine.
We arrived and were taken to an apartment off the street up stairs with a huge pile of post on the doormat, threadbare carpets, walls that needed painting and rodent traps. the first apartment we were taken to was already in use so we had to go to another apartment. This, bizarrely had not yet been cleaned nor the beds changed from the previous occupants which was quite upsetting, and tacky especially because of the price we paid. We were allowed to leave our bags there and told that it would be cleaned by 4.30pm.
We returned to find it cleaned, and the beds changed but the 2 TVs did not work and there was no WiFi code. We phoned 3 times for the Wifi code through the rest of the day but it was not provided.
the apartment itself was fine but overlooked the back of a Chinese restaurant where the staff sat on bin bags to smoke!
