Not bad for a london hotel but it is just rooms above a pub. A nice place to stay if you are visiting Kew Gardens. However, the room we stayed in had a single glazed window with very poor seals. So the room was cold alll night and the wind whistled through the window and rattled it. In addition the bed was incredibly hard (not just a firm mattress) and the sink in the bathroom was leaking.
Look, it was fine: clean and reasonably priced and did us for a night but sometimes i think you wouldn't get away with this stuff outside London.

Very good location for Kew Gardens. A very popular pub so expect a bit of noise until closing time. Public transport access really good. Will be staying again. Staff helpful.

Great location with easy access to transit. Room was spacious with a comfortable King bed. Neighborhood was quiet and has a number of restaurants within walking distance.
