All but the parking, but it's London, so you need to be prepared.

The room was nice, house keeping was terrific. It felt like we had the place to ourselves it was so quiet. They allowed us to check in early. I can't thank them enough for that after traveling all night!

I didn't like the room and services at all. I was planing to stay 10 nights , ended up to one night.
Thankfully London has so many new buildings safer, cleaner, better services.

Very conveniently located on a quiet street just a few minutes walk to 2 tube stations that gave great access to the whole London area.
Room was spotless, bed very comfortable but they need better pillows.
I was a single traveller which means a small room, with very little space for even 1 small suitcase.
I would stay again especially for the convenient location.

Very small room but as advertised and expected for the price in central london - very clean and nice that had fan and opening window
