Friendly staff in a central convenient location for shops and restaurants. Great for shopping or show visits to London

Loved the vibe, it may have been just our room but was a little bummed the aesthetic didn’t carry into the room. Otherwise close to a ton of food and shopping and pretty central to all the trains. Restaurant was good and everyone was very nice!
