Close to the airport and a convenience store was next door.
The staff were all exceptionally friendly.
It looked like someone had spilled a coffe or tea on the carpet. They may have no noticed due to the pattern in the carpet. The rest of the room was very clean and tidy.

The hairdryer and extra pillows were on a shelf over 6 ft high. I'm 5ft and trying to get them was a difficult thing to achieve. Not user friendly.

Room is very small but clean. Bathroom is very nice. If you have a chance, take the bus to Windsor. Definitely worth the trip and admission fee.

The good of this place is that- you can use public transport to get there from LHR and it only costs you a couple of pounds- that is where the good ends.
The heat in the room I was assigned was not working. There was no phone in the room so I had to go down to the lobby and ask the manager for help. His solution was to give me a space heater for the night. I said I would have preferred a different room. It took them a good while to provide me with a different room. The room was freezing when I entered, but at least the heat was working. The carpet looked like someone had been sick on it and there were hairs on the pillows. The hotel is in a very isolated area and you will need to order in or take a taxi to eat because the ‘restaurant’ closes early and it has really limited choices.
