Got up in the morning to find no water in bathroom i had an interview to attend and was unable to shave, desk staff very unhelpfull

Average experience but what I expected. Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel room was clean, and breakfast was perfectly standard, but the bed was uncomfortable to sleep on and the room very cold even with heating.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was a bit cold. The downstairs toilet with the sliding door was broken and not fit for purpose. Polite staff, I had a nice time

I given booking for different area but I received confirmation for other area which I didn't expect and did not booked. Also, very low class service hotel which I got.
