Staff was very helpful as far getting advice on where to buy bus tickets, what restaurants to go to and about transportation

A food option at the restaurant was too high. A price. 26. Pounds per person was out of the question. Everything else about the hotel we enjoyed. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. We would recommend it to a friend or family.

Great stay at the Hyatt. The TV stopped working but we were swiftly moved and upgraded as a result. The staff from the offset were amazing, super welcoming and attentive and always very lovely and ready to greet you when you come back into the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay, appreciate it, thanks.

They initially put at dinner bill on my tab for 310 pounds. I did not have dinner at the hotel. at checkout I showed them and they assured me they would remove it from the bill. They didn't and charged me. I had to follow up. They did eventually remove it a few days later.

Wonderful location.Walking distance to the ‘historical sites’.Reception staff were friendly and made an attempt to answer even the ‘stupid questions’ my wife and I -and the people in front of me- were asking.And they were still smiling.Hope the dental insurance covers teeth grinding as a work related injury. I will return!

We spent 9 nights at these lovely hotel and we would highly recommend! What an amazing view from our high floor room! The hotel was clean and pretty! Nice daily breakfast included. The staff was friendly, professional, and always eager to help! Nice area within walking distance of many attractions! Nice cafes, pubs, and restaurants nearby.
