Stayed here a few years ago and found it perfect for what I needed. A short in transit period with easy accessibility to Heathrow airport and central London. It’s a pleasant hotel and close to many restaurants and convenient.

I get it’s a cheap hotel but you’ve got to get the basics right. Internet was very unreliable. Hot water was intermittent.

The room and hotel were attractively decorated and clean.
All the staff were friendly and attentive. I cannot say enough about the capacity that Kelly, front desk, displayed. She anticipated possible needs and stepped in without prompting.

Location is perfect for public transport and shopping.
Lots of shops, restaurants and a cinema nearby. It has a nice park nearby.
The room is nice and comfortable, would stay again.

Easy parking. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. Clean, comfy room. Good area (although a bit of a walk to the tube station)
