Lovely gem of a hotel in heart of Leicester Square, staff were so welcoming and helpful, we had one nighthere I wish it had been longer

The biggest concern I had was the feeling that the lifts were unsafe. I cant believe management has used these lifts that shake as though they are about to stop mid floors. There was much I liked about the hotel but this would be serious enough for me not to return. I would also add that I felt there was a lack of security on controlling who came into the hotel

Great location, so many things nearby. Room was clean and good size for two people. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel reception and lobby areas outside the room smelled musty and had some odor. The elevators were very slow and would rattle badly, and should be better maintained. One went out temporarily. 9 floor hotel means this is an inconvenience.
The liquid soap smelled foul. Room was super small for the price making it hard to clean the floor. The carpet under the bed was dirty.
The view from the room was nice. But no way to enjoy it given how cramped the room was.
Bathroom was modern and nice.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the comfort and quiet of the small room that we had. Had some challenge with working the AC unit. Bathroom shower glass a bit short so floor and things got wet from a shower. Carpeting throughout seemed a little tired. We enjoyed the stay.
