Helpful reception, great breakfast let down by poor bar service in the evening!

The main issue is the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom . It feels like the sheets was mot change it smells. Customer service is terrible

The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from North Acton metro station so incredibly convenient. There are a number of take away establishments en route so it is very convenient. The property itself looks new and the room was pristine and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly and the facilities were excellent. This is the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in London, which is generally so over priced. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in London.

Room service is not good as expected . The bathroom is logged with water after every use and even overflows in to the main living room. Please look in to it Thank you

The staff were amazing!!! Great clean room. But the surrounding area of the hotel had trash around it. A bit off putting. However, other than that everything else was great!
