We weren't aware of the alteration works going on, so a bit of a surprise when we turned up. We walked past it as there was no sign for the hotel. Didnt see the flag above the hotel as it was twisted and not visable. It didnt effect our stay. The staff were helpful and polite. The room was really nice, had all we needed. However ther was an issue with the shower in the morning we were leaving, it flooded the bathroom and some of the bedroom. They're newly done, they think it was the filter in the shower. I would definitely stay here gain, im sure its just teething problems which will get sorted. It will be lovely when its done. Great position for Regent Street New Bond St and Oxford Circus

A very nice hotel and in a quiet location but very convenient for tube stations into all parts of London. Also, lots of nice restaurants & cafes within walking distance of the hotel

Not clear on booking that it was being refurbished. No food available. Had to use, stairs to basement lift. Nightmare for mobility issues hubvy

The hotel was under construction/renovation. We had to go to the basement and walk up the stairs to get to the lobby. Our bags had to be carried to the basement in order to get to the elevators. No restaurant in the hotel available, only bar. But the room was comfortable. If we were aware of the construction, we would’ve never booked at this hotel.
