I have mobility problems and use a mobility scooter, all the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely and all the staff were very helpful, I would especially like to mention Ida, who was so genuine and kind.

Decent room, comfy beds, staff fantastic, cant do enough for you. Hotel very nice inside. 2mins from Russel Sq tube station. A lovely stay, thankyou.
