Was pretty good except our room clearly had some sort of work being done as there was paint chippings and dust everywhere. Everything else was good, staff were helpful and kind and the location was great.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Property a bit dated and tired. Rooms very basic.

Noisy with people walking down the corridors.
Also ran out of plates at breakfast time and the staff were slow to top up the hot food!!

Room on noisy road side of,stains on carpet and furnishings in room.Limited breakfast buffet(no fried or poached eggs or black pudding or mushrooms)Car park expensive.Good points are parking is easy very handy for 02 and easy to find.It does the job as basic if slightly grubby room for the night.Staff pleasant and friendly.

Excellent location for the O2 arena. 10 mins walk.
Easy to park at the hotel but expensive as it’s London.
Very friendly staff.
Very comfortable beds and room.
Great breakfast.
Would stay again.

Thought the Staff all had great attitude. Very attentive and nothing seemed too much trouble.
