Very clean, nice location, shopping and dining nearby, only think didn't like is beds are too small for a couple

The hotel is very clean, all the staff was great the only slight problem was the breakfast, items keeps running out, I would definitely stay there again, 10/10

Only one lift was operating and was very slow. Had to wait 10 to 20 min to come down and go up. Breakfast timing should be increase up to 11 am. They close the Breakfast early.

Closed to 1 hr away from Central London but there was a train station nearby. Staff were very friendly and kind. The room was very clean and nice. Love it. I will definitely stay again at Holiday Inn Express London.
