Staff was nice. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Hotel is a little dated. Location is nice - lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Train station is about a 15 minute walk, but bus stops are minutes from the hotel. Beautiful Holland Park within walking distance.

The hotel is located on Kensington High Street. Transport links are good; the number 9 bus stops outside and follows a route past Hyde park and towards the West End. Hotel is clean and the staff are welcoming. Breakfast is fantastic! Only complaint was the unrelenting drone from a generator that ran through the night and could be heard in our room on the 5th floor. Would stay there again, but would check room noise on arrival and change if necessary.

Brilliant hotel with friendly staff who were only too happy to help with any queries or questions we had. Breakfast delightful. With breakfast delacies from over the world. Had a free upgrade to a refurbished room which was comfortable and clean. Only issue is the shower head was faulty and sprayed water from the connector.

This is in a nice area close to the Metro and shopping. The only thing i didn't like was the constant loud road noise from Kensington high street, especially in the middle of the night.

I had a really bad experience. Terrible customer service at check In. I had a premium room booked and was given an unrefurbished room as my key card didn't work. When I went to reception they told me I had an accessible room booked, which I hadn't. Had to sow my confirmation to get a premium room. Really disappointed and wont be staying here again.

The one thing that we found unique about the property was that the light switches were on the outside of the bathroom. The bathroom was also a little small, but it was ok. The beds were really comfortable though, which was very much needed. Also, the hotel was in a great location. It was safe, walkable, and had a bus stop right in front of it.

Terrible bed, hard as a rock I did not sleep atall! No electricity sockets near beds, only one worked that was across the room, the other had a screw init! Windows very old and had wind coming through, also very loud from the outside road! Breakfast was okay, overall just didn’t enjoy the stay
