Perfect central location, really near tube station. All staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful.

Room was not clean, the air smelt of must or mold (or both), the blinds barely closed and the shower head was not attached to the railing on the wall (had been broken off). Overall a terrible experience.

Breakfast was not as per the standard of novtel, the rooms view outside not great. Beds were squeaky
