I have stayed at this hotel before and it's been good. However on this occasion we were given a room with a locked connecting door to the adjacent room.
A connecting door has very poor noise insulation.
And unfortunately there was a screaming baby throughout the night. Obviously not the baby's fault bit it was like being in the same room due to the connecting door.
Around half past midnight we did go to reception to see whether we could change rooms but there was no one on reception.
We decided to tough it out but with broken sleep due to the noise. I wouldn't accept a room with a connecting door ever again.
Not sure why they gave a person with a baby a room with a connecting door anyway due to the potential of a baby wkimg during the night and crying.

Breakfast was exceptional and plentiful to satisfy me. Room was peaceful and comfortable to my liking. Just no microwave.

The hotel itself was amazing and would happy stay in the hotel again however it’s such a shame that the area next to the hotel is so run down and stunk. Definitely not the hotels fault such a shame as breakfast 10 out of 10 and the staff were lovely and everything kept to clean once in the hotel! Thank you Hampton Hilton for a excellent stay.

All in all,was very good and the lady that was the manager at the front desk was very good.

The eating on the day after the football game was horrible and a lot of people were not happy, but all in all was a very good time.
