Nice hotel good staff but in industrial area which was noisy .breakfast was a buffet type and I had to ask the staff to re fill the food containers.No bacon available .yard containing skips was situated adjacent to the hotel and they were moved around from an early hour.Walls really thin I heard the occupants in the next room talking normally.

This hotel and directly outside is beautiful... It appears to be in an industrial estate area so is pretty quiet at night.
We had an executive suite booked and were told upon arrival that we needed to pay £100 security fee ... This was not mentioned at the time of booking nor was it in the terms and conditions I had sent to me, they however insisted I pay it so be aware of this.
The suite was nice, however our bed was hard like concrete resulting in me getting very little sleep. My daughter's put up bed was very comfortable. Included breakfast was ok, what was there was nice, a little disappointed in the hot dog sausages and no bacon, but otherwise overall it was ok.

no bar or restaurant. in the middle of an industrial estate so very noisy from 6 am. room was not cleaned for the first 2 days we were there. had to complain

Dining hall and reception area beautiful but my room was very basic.Draughty window and doorframe of bathroom could do with modernising.A table next to bed would have been handy.My room also noisy with lorry business next door and events downstairs.

Very wonderful venue for a wedding , however plates, glasses and cutlery were very dirty! Had to alert staff multiple times
