I was in London for the first time, with limited Wifi, I had a 4hr delayed flight. As soon as I got connected to wifi I saw your email regarding check in obviously it was too late. Hoping to fiind a receptionist we went to location and were shocked to find NO ONE... you all have to revamp your procedures.

Just to be clear this is a bedroom in a converted house, with a lock on the bedroom door, and poor sound insulation so you can hear the planes at Heathrow. Tried it once but never again …

It wasn’t great! The heating was stuck on and it was too hot and so we had to have windows open and listen to aeroplanes taking off and landing. There was no shower gel, only hand wash where it should have been, the ironing board had come off of the wall and was being kept in the cupboard with massive sharp screws sticking out of it… We called customer service for some advise with parking and they said they would call us back but didnt…. Should have paid an extra tenner and stayed at the premier inn.
