Stayed in Room 009 in the Basement - and could hear all night the services and presumably waste / drainage from the upper floors

Property was located relativity close to th Eurostar train and brittish museum. Also about a 15 min walk to covent gardens. The room was extremely small and so was the bathroom. the window was also tiny but i have heard that about some hotels in Europe

I was really shocked that the hotel doesn't offer any sort of baggage storage for its guests. I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't offer this, and even cheaper hotels I have stayed at will offer this service for free.
The facilities in the room are very basic although brand new.
The beds are bizarrely high up so might be an issue for anyone with accessibility needs.

Great location next to station and not far from British museum and lots of other places to see or dine at. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Room was incredibly small, withthe bed taking up the most of the space, but if you're commuting/single traveller, might not be a bad option. Issue is noise, room next to the main road was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Walls are thin too. Had a leak from my shower which was unexpected, but reported. Staff were helpful though. No frills stay but comfortable (beside the noise)!

The hotel was very positioned and easy to find. The staff were attentive. My stay would have been better if the breakfast was hot and the bar was open earlier than 4pm.
I think the breakfast room directly opposite the entrance dit not help. A set of doors i think would help or a swing door. The breakfast was also a little expensive for what it was, and for the size of the hotel, no bog enough. Only 1 coffee machine etc.
