Quiet and comfortable stay

Nice hotel, very quiet, comfortable size room and bed. It is a lower budged hotel, do keep that in mind. With that said, all affords were made to make it comfortable. It's a bit run down, but room service was very good - clean towels and coffee / tea, etc. It's little tricky to find if you arrive late at night, but as the signposting is not very clear. There is a car park should you need one and good access to transport to local shopping area. Staff were very friendly and checking was super easy.

Generally very dated and in need of repair or refurbishment. The window could be opened from the outside with no ability to lock it, not ideal being on the ground floor. Bathroom was stained, sink had a spoon in the drain and taps were prone to exploding water everywhere if you weren't incredibly careful. Only one large towel supplied for two of us (rest were hand towels). Heating was overly complicated with no instructions. It was a bed after a long night, which was the only positive point.

The man that checked me in was speaking with his colleague at the same time as dealing with me which I thought was rude. The hotel smelt horrible and is in need a refurbishment. The room didn't look the same as pictured and the bathroom needed mould and meldrew to be removed and for the fixtures and fittings to be replaced as they are badly worn.

Good little hotel!

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was a really good size. Loved the vending machine. Travel into and out of central London was super easy too! My only gripe was there was an amount of mould around the bath and on the roof in the bathroom.
