Booked here last minute and had everything I needed. Staff were very friendly and I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Not the cleanest but I didn’t mind too much considering the amount I paid. The bedding and bathroom facilities were clean, and the wi-fi was great.

No Hot water for shower. Room freezing

This was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel nights I've ever spent in London. I was in room G1, which shared a wall with the reception and I could hear every movement made on the other side of the wall as clear as day, which woke me up several times. The mattress was bumpy and uneven, the toilet roll holder was broken, the shower was either scalding or freezing, the walls were scuffed and bare, as was the furnishing of the rest of the room - not even a side table or glass for water. The only real redemptions were the nice young man at the front desk - Jorge - and that the room was at least superficially clean. Needless to say, I won't be going back and not only would I not recommend anyone else stay at the hotel, but I would actively discourage it. I would, however, gladly accept a refund (or partial at least) for a wholly forgettable experience.

No hot water for 2 days of a 4 day stay staff couldn’t really care when told them. Rooms are ridiculously tiny. Walls are thin. Could hear the person in the next room snoring their head off.

Room very very warm, probably due to being without windows and sandwiched between two others ( I knew this was a windowless room, so not entirely unexpected) bathroom fan screamed like a banshee, paper thin walls so no sleep due to one of the neighbouring rooms having someone snoring and the other ( maybe the same) having an iphone alarm going off at 4:30am which didnt seem to wake the sleeper for quite a while. Inside door lock didnt seem to lock, and with only centimetres of hardboard seperating rooms anytime someone walked in their room it sounded as though they were in my room. However the bathroom pod was scrupulously clean despite being shabby.

No elevator if you have issues with stairs then don’t stay here No hot water, shower was maybe Luke warm. Reception made you feel like you were a bother It may be cheaper than most but not even with that

I know I should have rechecked the amenities before completing my booking and most importantly teach Me to be more alert for my next visit but most definitely for 1/2 night not bad got hot shower and bed luckily was able just to stay 2 days here in there max and got the chance to explore Europe because I probably will go crazy in such a little little room but staff was very good 😊
