For the price there were no facilities and it was a building site as being refurbished

They told me that Expedia had cancelled my booking the day before and that as the room was non refundable they had taken the full payment...... I managed talk them in to letting us have a room, but to say I'm not happy would be an understatement.

Unimpressed by this Hilton property. The view from our window was ridiculously bad. The works going on in reception was unadvertised. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Fab time and lovely breakfast. Cake in the room was gorgeous. Didn’t know how to use the lift but got help from reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you ☺️

Nice hotel, close to Covent Garden and theatre district. Only set back was the renovation being carried out on the bar, which wasn’t mentioned when booking.
