Hotel moved me to an alternative hotel near T5 and informed me via a message through Expedia. Not as convenient having arrived at T2 and cost me quite a lot extra for a taxi when travelling with a small child. Too much faff to get to T5 and then the hotel on the hotel hoppa buses. The hotel I ended up staying in was perfectly adequate.

We were extremely rushed during check in. Shuttle service was a big reason we booked this hotel and did not realize how much it would cost us. We were under the impression it was included. We should have taken an Uber or taxi with the 2 of us, as the cost per person had added up. I would recommend this hotel mention the specific cost when providing times for the shuttle.
