The front of the hotel was lovely and so were staff. The room was clean and comfy but the wardrobe was broken and the front missing and also a hole in the bathroom sink behind the taps

The washroom sink was plugged but the maintenance personal was in the room at the time and he managed to fix it.

Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay for us, this started from the point of check in, which seemed to take forever, they tried to charge my card with a £50 room service fee, to which I questioned later on that evening as I requested room service and it was not available. We booked a suite which was located on the 2nd floor right next to lift lobby, so we had the constant noise of people coming and going, the room is also located on the corner that is next to the busy roundabout, so we had constant noise from that as well. When we got to out room there was a table outside that had someone's room clearance bottles and food, this was still there the next day when we left. The room itself was OK but the furniture looked very tired. We were also disappointed to be charged for parking at the hotel, I can't understand why hotels feel it's necessary to do this if you're a guest there.

Overall was ok but on arrival always ask to stay wit d window facing the courtyard because the main road side hotel is very busy and drivers horn all the time!

1.Provision of air conditioning should be looked onto. 2. Look into the possibility of providing ramps alongside staircases outside the lifts. This will help people with heavy suitcases.

The air con was very very noisy and kept us awake for most of the night. The outside temp was very warm so could not turn off the air con. The room was right next to a busy road junction so unable to open a window instead. So a Poor nights sleep was had by both of us.

I am unsure if i asked for two rooms away from lifts, stairs and noise on a high floor. We always do. My room was right behind the lift and facing the front road! Albeit on the 3rd of 4 floors. Alas. After a 4.5 hour drive, we were too exhausted to complain. Staff were very friendly and helpful- front desk, security and bar staff.
