one night stay which was xaclty as I expected. No complaints.

Room was quite small, with no room for suitcase except on desk. Bedsheets didn't cover the whole mattress & pillows were terribly hard.
Good opening window, heated towel rail, lift, breakfast.

Recently refurbished small room but good shower and efficient air conditioning. Convenient location for public transport for short journey to west end and better than expected included breakfast. Altogether good price for central London.

We were placed in the basement with no options the first night. I never would have thought the price I paid would place us in a basement. We were counting down the hours to get out of there.
