Room was not ready at 3pm. Reception staff were not helpful and did not expedite check in. After we waited an additional 30 minutes after 3pm I had to go back to the staff after 30 minutes to inquire as to whether the room was ready. It was ready and despite the reception staff knowing that we needed to use the room asap as we were needing to change, they did not notify us…despite us sitting in the reception area 20 yards away from the reception desk.

Overly expensive for location.

The rooms are very clean and the staff were very quiet and helpful ,the breakfast was great , I recommend this hotel for next stay

Maintenance staff slow and unreliable.

I am disappointed that i was charged twice for breakfast. I told breakfast manager this morning that I was not charged right away for breakfast on Nov 18th, so she charged me extra and then they used my card to charge me again on check out. The reat of the experience was goodm it was just a sad end to my trup

Overall, this hotel was great. It was nice and quiet a night and the room was spacious. It is far to the nearest grocery store so be prepared to either walk or take the bus. We definitely took the bus and underground to get around. It was located next to the park which was beautiful even in October and not too far from Camden Market. The receptionist upon check in were not too friendly and the restaurant was decent. Nothing to brag about. Since restaurants were pretty far we ate at the hotel restaurant a few times after long days of walking.
