Loved that it is a 8 min walk within the airport if you are in terminal 4 then it’s a 2 min walk. Very comfortable and convenient

Nice clean and spacious rooms. Walking into the check in counters in the morning, rather than traveling in the early morning, is a truly underrated luxury

Easy access to Heathrow Airport.
The room was nice but cleanliness was okay. Cup had previous guest hot chocolate stain. One of the towels was not clean. On the Wednesday i left at 9 back at 6 and the room had not been touched.
On day 1 when i checked in they stated that i had not booked breakfast. I was charged £45 for three days. I queried this the next day and it turns out i had booked breakfast and now need to wait for a refund.
