I stayed there for the Paul McCartney concert. The reception was very friendly and helpful (told me how to get back to the hotel from the O2 stadium as the Cable car was closed early). I would like to thank one of the staff Lilia for her help! I will definitely come back because of the staff.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Left my iPad in the room and they facilitated getting it returned which was amazing …
