Great location. Good kitchen, equipment etc. but no table or chairs if you did bother to cook. When I asked for a table as is specifed on Stayo website I got an old foldup camping table and 2 chairs.

Posted 28 May 2024 on HotelsThe whole setup of this apartment is first class. The app based key entry makes gaining access easy, the location, the apartment itself and the amenities in and around it all make staying here very enjoyable.
My only - very small - criticisms are that there are no handles on the small inter-room doors which makes opening them a little tricky if you decide to close them, and the TV could do with a soundbar or something as the sound is lost in such a big room in apartment 7.

The location is excellent, property very spacious but sound proofing is terrible. You can hear each foot step of people who passing by and often there are many drunk people in the middle of the night being quite loud. We were woken up middle of the night for 3 nights from people who make noises at 3am.
The bathroom is so small that the airplane toilets seem very spacious.
No place to put shampoo and soap inside the shower, everything has to be on the floor.
It took them 3 days to deliver additional shampoo..
Lots to improve.

It is a beautiful apartment, spacious and well-lit. They were responsive to our requests. Very close to the heart of the theater district.

Stayo beware
Posted 25 Aug 2023 on HotelsA very disappointing stay not helped by a protracted pre-stay process requesting GBP500 deposit which I have never done for any stay via Hotels.com before & not helped when we were sent a link for another guest.
Apartment not clean with cheese left from previous guests down the side of a chair; no table or chairs to eat from or work from; the lounge was badly stained.
All in all never again with Stayo!

Damage deposit outrageous amount ☹️
Posted 9 Dec 2022 on HotelsBe very careful when booking this property as they ask you on the day for a £500 damage deposit which was very alarming! It then took over 3 hours to get it sorted out which took up a lot of our stay as they wouldn't release address and key until we paid the money. We were supposed to be having a lovely day out in London not sitting trying to sort it out for most of the day. This was such a shame as the property itself was lovely. However the lights from the switches were very bright and did make it hard to sleep and the bed was very small.
