No milk in room, pub was closed for a VIP and had to walk up two flights of stairs with cases as they were holding the lift for the VIP- not a good expierence this time - normally I don’t have these issues

Love the Victorian theme of this hotel, the restaurant that it’s attached to is the best part! Wish I stayed more nights. It’s pretty quiet in the night so you will be ordering in food. Emma was super helpful!

I got absolutely no sleep at this property as the building's flag support pole banged into my window the whole night due to the wind.

Super clean bathroom! Terrific pub downstairs with very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Have stayed here several times over the past year. Would highly recommend. Comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. The rooms are serviced daily to a very high standard. Fantastic location. Unfortunately the bar is too busy in the evening to eat in. The food is high quality. Could only be improved if they did room service for the bar food in the evenings.
