This is my second time staying at this brand. I mean I love it. Nothing to criticize. The concept is amazing and well executed. The staff is very friendly and professional. I will come back soon!

Have been staying at CitizenM hotels for a few years now. Excellent rooms, funky, well equipped and all topped off with having great staff. Not price busting & will stay again.

Comfortable bed and clean hotel.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Conveniently located near Victoria station but lots of homeless people around the area.
