This hotel was so cute! The staff were super sweet and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The location was a great spot, close to local transportation options but also walkable to tons of places. Will definitely be back!!

Overall a good stay. I love the comfy large bed and the great view. It’s a nice touch to be able to customise the lights and temperature from the ipad.
only one of the lifts was working which was quite frustrating because this is a high rise hotel and it took ages to get up and down.
there was a fault with our tv but was fixed promptly.
would stay again

Excellent location, great rooms, especially for a solo traveller. Lifts were dodgy and kept bing bonging constantly.

Very nice and friendly staff. Property is clean and rooms are perfect for couples and short stay. Rooms are not that big, but smart designed and beds are amazing. Nice breakfast

Ideal hotel within walking distance from London Liverpool Street station. The view from the room was amazing!

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Shoreditch. Walking distance to Liverpool St underground for easy acccess to the West End. We walked into the city and along the river easily.
Definitely worth adding breakfast to your stay as it is great value and excellent quality.
Will definitely revisit.

citizen m refused to refund me despite the fact that i could not make my reservation due to a natural disaster.
