Comfortable room, but attention to detail needed ie replace light bulbs. Renovations around the property was a bit noisy.

This was our first time staying at a Citadines and I can honestly say how impressed we were with it. From the minute we walked in, the helpfulness of the reception staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the great bathroom toiletries that are provided. We will certainly look for more Citadines when travelling next.

Noise audible through the walls. Tub needs grab bars. No double bed available despite reservation. Staff not knowledgable about area amenities.

Regarding your comment about the double bed being unavailable, unfortunately, these requests are subject to availability and I am sad we were not able to help you in the regard. Property undergoing refurbishment. There was no hot water in the morning for a shower

The property is currently under construction despite that there are so many things that I loved about our stay. I would definitely return to this property!

The executive apartment was excellent. Fresh, clean and had everything you needed. Only thing that we felt let it down was the face you had to run the ahower for about 10 mins before hot water came through. First morning, we had cold to lukewarm shower as we werent told of this until we enquired about it. Subsequent showers were better. Location was great. Very central to good amenities and tourist attractions . Would stay there again

It’s under construction. AC did not work. I would not recommend staying there until they get their act together

Family friendly, very close to public transit, grocery store. Room was very clean. no complaints - would definitely go again.

The hotel was under construction during our stay, I wish they would have mentioned that in an email. Otherwise apartment suite was great and very modern and clean.
