Blocked shower in first room, moved room. Towels above toilet, knock them, all towels in toilet. 2 plug sockets in worst possible location. Garbage WiFi in both rooms. Mar 16 (working weeknight) woken 3 times to continuous running up/down the stairs until 4am, contacted reception twice, second time, receptionist thought it sensible to pretend to be mentally deranged to get me off the phone. On immediately visiting reception to check if calling emergency services to aid whoever answered the phone was necessary, and on asking receptionist if he'd answered the phone, he said yes and that he was busy dealing with a checkout. Do not book here under, staff are either entirely under-trained or certifiable. A stay here will definitely intefere with the rest of your trip.

Hotel.com. customer sevice sucks robed me

On filter asked free parking hotel had none at all asked to change booking when found out you lot refused to do this hotel .com sucks

Served a purpose. Very basic.

Fabulous for location but room very small and cramped. Bed was not comfortable. Felt lime sleeping in cardboard boxes.would not be suitable for long stay.

The room I had this time was not as nice as usual. It was on the top floor and i couldn't see out of the window without standing on a chair. Also I couldn't plug my phone in by my bed. Neither of these things will stop me going back though

Convenient no frills accomodation

Chiswick Rooms is less than 5 minutes from the Stamford Brook station so it's very convenient to the District Line and to Heathrow on the Piccadilly Line via Aston Cross. The room I used was clean and quiet even though facing a busy street. I found the front desk staff to be friendly. My room was very small so it took some care to find a location for my luggage without stumbling against it. Some reviewers have commented negatively about the mattress but I found it quite comfortable.

Friendly and efficient desk staff. Good location for Tube. Very basic (think Ibis). Expensive for what it is. No breakfast facilities.

Excellent value and location. Stairway carpeting needs updating. Old, stained and smelly. Needs simple amenities like an ice machine and corkscrew/bottle opener.

Excellent hotel, very clean and modern, near Stamford Brook tube station and many buses. I stayed in a compact double room for two weeks and it was just perfect for my needs. Near lovely coffee shops and restaurants and Ravenscourt Park. Staff very friendly and helpful, always ready to help. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
