This is our 3rd stay at Cheval Three Quays! It is an ideal situation for a family - a clean & large apartment-style suite with lots of attention to detail. Yes, the hotel is right next to the Tower which is a very touristy area, but it is very quiet in general and especially at night. Lots of great restaurants are just a short and pleasant walk away (the city center and across the Thames, for instance). A tube station is also a few minutes' walk and there are many bus stops nearby. If the price were a bit lower, it would be perfect, but so far they are the best!

Comfortable room with great view. Easily accessible to Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. Very helpful staff.

We're a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in a 2-bedrom Superior Apartment at Cheval Three Quays.
For the price we paid, it was a little disappointing. Decor is a little dated and it lacked a bit of the finesse you expect from a 5-star property.
That said, it was clean, spacious and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Being right next to the 1,000-year old Tower of London was pretty special.
Location was okay - close to restaurants including St Katherine docks and a walk across London Bridge to Burrough Markets, but there's one road in and out so it takes ages to get anywhere by car.
The area is safe and the building is secure. We probably wouldn't stay here again unless we got a super deal.
