The young staff at the desk were very polite, professional, and engaging. The flat was clean and offered all one would need for quick prep of food. The location is very good, especially if you enjoy the many museum in the area. It was a perfect location for us! The location of our particular flat was in a small side col-de-sac off of Brompton street. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the quiet it provides for sleeping is priceless!!! I recommend it! My only complaint was upon check-out. The front desk called ten minutes prior to check out to confirm our check out and to inform us repairmen would need access soon. Before we could vacate the property, they were at the door and and walked right in. How rude!! Would another 10 minutes to make sure we had vacated the space really have made a difference to the work schedule? If so, then the flat would have never been ready for the next 3 pm check in and the rush placed on us was unnecessary!!

It is a nice and clean apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen. We stayed with kids and overall are happy with the place.

Very friendly reception. Townhouse was extremely accommodating, kitchen stocked for ease. Lovely breakfast nook w great people watching. Comfortable beds and lovely bath.
