The property is old and very noisy on the street side. There is bad mould in the bathroom and the floor next to bath in the bedroom has sunken away from dampness.
However it was clean and kitchen and washing machine worked well. Staff isn’t particularly helpful or friendly.
Great location to see London from. Bicycle hire right outside.

Clean, useful kitchen & laundry, as expected. Hard bed, awkwardly small room. Would stay here again if I needed to be in Chelsea.

When we arrived there was no heating (14 degree day in Oct). Staff were wonderful and found a heater before the heating was finally turned on the following day. We were on the first floor, which was just as well as there was only 1 lift that seemed to be on perpetually on level nine. Anyone on levels 2 to 8 had my sympathy as I took the stairs. Oddly there was only 1 key for 2 people in a 2 bedroom apartment so we had to keep that in mind when we went out separately. The rooms were clean but needed a refresh, there was a leak from the upstairs bathroom that was evident on the wall of one of the bedrooms. The furishing wes comfortable if a little oversized for the room sizes. The front desk staff were amazing, very helpful and responsive.

The apartment was in need of renovation. There were two main problems in addition to broken wooden floorboards, the heating did not work and the bathtub had no safety mat or any thing to hold on to. When I asked about the heating the person behind the desk at reception was quite rude.
