Great option if location suits you
Posted 1 Sep 2024 on HotelsSpacious, clean, and updated apartment close to the storage unit I use. Def use again. There was a lot of comings and goings in the hall in the night but when I closed the bedroom door it eliminated a lot of the noise. Note that the 3pm checkin means your door code won't work until 3pm. That part confused me. Photos of apartments aren't necessarily representative. There's a lot of admin to get IN and OUT ... if location suits you then it's a great option overall.

Always great & consistent.

I arrived to a warm apartment but with a fan in the room & turned on, which was appreciated.
The electric charging in the car park was not working so I was unable to charge my vehicle, I had this issue last time & noticed that no one else was charging.
A suggestion of improvement would be to include which building you are in by talking about the car park, if you arrive by car it isn’t always obvious if you need to be entering from the top or bottom of the car park. I have experienced guests wandering aimlessly in the past for this reason. I still struggle to be clear (after circa 10 visits) to be clear on this point

Clean and spacious but there were problems
Posted 18 Jun 2024 on HotelsClean, spacious and safe appartement. Could have been really good but had not sufficiently checked before our stay. The hairdryer was missing and the TV did not work (remote possibly needing new batteries). We had a reply after communicating this ( also a broken drawer ):" Thank you for reaching out (! !). You will not be held responsible" but no one brought hzirdryer or batteries for the next day ( 2 night stay). The oven and microwave took some time to work out - and we switched off the 'air connditioning ' in the bedrooms in sheer frustration as even following the indtructions in a downloaded manual didnt work.
Everything thing looked lovely but not at all practical.

There were different strands of hairs on the bed so beddings probably weren’t changed
There were no pods for the coffee machine and the kettle wasn’t working so a bad start to the morning as had to be at work at 8am

Disaster.

After you book the apartment then the problem rally begins. You will have to fill in all kind of information including screenshot of ALL the passports of your family.
Then to check in with all this complications the procedure might take you hours.
There is nobody in the receptions and to find your apartment is nearly impossible. I had apartment 11 and to get there I had to take a lift to the cellar, then enter the car park, then exit via some slope and then go up spiral chairs. I am astonished that the good employee of the company was able to guide me into my apartment.
The positive thing is that their phone help is good, the operators try all they can and are very helpful but somehow the management and the procedure is way too complicated. The one who is designing the procedure of checking in seems not to know what "user friendly" means.
In addition to all my problems above electricity went out in my apartment and the day we left there was no hot water.
Get another management is my advice.
