We had to be moved to to mold in the apartment. We had the first night. The second apartment was on the second floor while they were working in the hallway and lower apartment. It was better, but not anywhere near what was expected. Still very musty smelling And I am assuming the mold was removed prior to our arrival.

We assisted you greatly, as you point out works was being carried out in the hallway, showing how much time and effort we put into our apartments, your low score is unjustified and I hope it satisfies you to hurt our efforts in business. Our bathrooms have ventilation but no windows, we clean where required and gave you great customer service.

We had a great stay at Castletown House Apartments. The owner is friendly and accommodating, he assisted us with our luggage, explained how to use the equipment and was available throughout our stay. It’s an excellent location too, close to the tube, shops, eating and drinking places and tourist attractions. We’d gladly stay again. Many thanks.

The place gave a thorough immersion to living in London ‘burbs. Mark and his family were super accommodating and provided personalized service at the check in. There was a booking conflict which was resolved very quickly and favorably to us. Our vacation was exactly as we expected.

Cozy apartment

Our family trip to london

The apartment is very convenient in terms of travel since it is situated very close to the underground and bus stop. There were shops around the block to buy things such as water and food. Mark is also accomodating and allowed us to check in early. Overall a convenient location for our return trip to London.

Mark, manager/coordinator was very helpful and kind to us during our stay there. Also, on the day of our departure he looked after our bags outside the apartment until we picked them in the afternoon. Moreover, he helped us for booking a UBER and loading our bags into the car. I've experienced a true customer satisfaction at this place.

Traveled during summer month and without air apartment got warm. I would stay again but not during the summer months. The manager was always there to offer assistance.
