Great for our one night stay after a long haul flight - chosen for its proximity to Kings Cross station for an early train. Comfortable and clean - a little noisy as we were close to the street
Beds ok, bathroom poorly upgraded. Basically, the people hanging around outside the door at night was disconcerting. Someone with a drum at 2:00 a.m. on street waking everyone up two nights in a row. Only good thing was close to train and subway

Needs up dating but was clean
Only down side was the people on the same at 00.30 undoing and doing suitcases and banging the doors
Hence not a good night sleep
I would recommend this hotel for a one nights stay as its clean and pleasant. The location is great for the two railway stations : Kings Cross and St Pancras .
Convient Location was about the only plus point.
Very tired, unclean hotel. Rooms were in very poor condition. In need of renovation urgently.
Noise from the roads were horrendous, terrible nights sleep. Dry cleaning lorry turned up around 10:30 banging and clattering. A lot of noise of passing people (can’t be helped but the windows were very poor quality so let a draft through as well as the noise of the near by what sounded like a bar or club music until late)
Bathroom very poor condition
Stairs up to the room were very unclean,
Staff were very friendly which was a shame for the overall stay.
Unfortunately I would not recommend

Perfectly adequate hotel for a short stay, friendly staff and clean rooms which is all you need. If you're looking for an upmarket hotel or somewhere with breakfast I would not recommend it, but as an affordable option in the centre of London I would absolutely recommend it as a place to stay.

Ok, Not Great
The staff was very nice (but don't rely on their bus advice). The location was very convenient to Kings Cross, British Museum, and British Library. Lots of places to eat nearby. Room was adequate but dreary. The internet was slow, the water pressure low. Quite a bit of street noise. Fine as a budget place to stay for a night or two but not ideal for a relaxing getaway.
Stayed in this hotel as close to King's Cross. Price was the main factor although I wanted somewhere that was clean and had a working lift. The hotel I stayed in previously had a lift although on the last twice I stayed there it was not working. This hotel's lift did work. I had also requested a fridge as I have medication that needs to be kept cold, a fridge was provided. The hotel was basic, no frills however it was friendly, comfortable and most important clean. I will be most definitely be returning here.
Property is very convenient to where Iam going.
Hotel looks nice outside but not inside. The staff is very nice and helpful but the room is terrible. So tiny with very small bathroom, you cant even move around, very hot with no AC, theres barely water coming out from the shower.
