A small, but professionally run hotel within walking distance of two underground stations, and a 45 minute walk to the city centre.
Decent choice and reasonably priced breakfast.
Quite quiet surroundings, and with Hyde Park just opposite, it’s a very nice and safe area to walk around.

Cute boutique hotel in Paddington. Room was small. Beds were comfy with nice pillows and pretty curtains. They could use new decorative pillows though, as they were shabby. Room was clean. My least favorite part was that the room was in the basement and the basement hallway had an awful smell, like they used a strong deodorizer to cover something up. Thank goodness the room didn't have that smell or I would have complained and asked for a different room. The front desk staff was amazing and the room was okay, so I give it 4 stars. It would have been 5 if not for the hallway odor.

What a gem! A boutique hotel in a quiet and lovely area of London. Right on the edge of Kensington Gardens. The hotel is tastefully decorated, comfortable & convenient for exploring. The staff all super polite & helpful.
The added bottle of water & toiletries were a nice touch.
We would thoroughly recommend & will certainly stay again.

The location is great. The toilet did not flush well and the shower did not drain. Had to stop the shower multiple times to allow it to drain.

Nice hitel within walking distance of Lords
Posted 5 Sep 2024 on HotelsReally good hotel in a nice part of London. There’s as M&S nearby and we picked up a picnic before walking to Lords cricket ground, approx a 35 min walk.
