Hotel staffs are warm, kind and helpful. Hotel’s interior decorations are classy, pleasant and we are are very happy with the stay.

The hotel itself is very nice. The hotel staff were a little stand offish because we were not dressed up. We've been wanting to stay at one of these hotels for years. Not sure if it lived up to the hype.

Superb hotel. Have stayed at many of the top hotels in London and this is up there with them. Only one gripe, tried to get into the cigar lounge and told it was full when there were multiple seats. Guy running the cigar lounge had a serious attitude problem and when he realised we were residents tried to back track and get us back in.
Too late, went to bed angry. Customer service training required.
