It is close to the ovo arena and you can just hop on a bus and it’s about 25minites. The rooms are small but have enough space if you’re there for just the night or two. You can hear other rooms toilet going off and the drains are connected so the smell travels into your room as well. The breakfast is good. And staff are very polite however if you get there after 11 after an event you will have to wait for someone to turn up and give you your key back.

Room was in basement, black walls ceilings painted was like a dungeon. Needs full refurbishment. Breakfast was cold , at 9am only half full English available not acceptable when paying this amount of money.Staff were miserable from reception to kitchen staff not what you expect when paying £124 for one nite stay. Would NOT RECOMMEND This hotel to anyone .

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the area is a bit limited in things to do. The rooms themselves are decent size and the shared bathrooms were always clean. The bed was extremely firm and not very comfortable.

I was a little worried after reading other reviews especially as we had a shared bathroom. We were going to Wembley for the Taylor swift concert and found the price and location fantastic. We didn’t bring a car but the fact it also has parking is a real bonus. The room was clean and the shared bathroom immaculate and cleaned multiple times in the 18 hours we stayed. Breakfast was good and all in all I think the hotel is great value
