My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at this hostel! We are two female travellers and were in a 6-bed mixed dorm, which didn't go so well the very first night we were there. We got pretty unlucky with one of our bunkmates who was causing problems with another person in the room in the middle of the night and started getting very verbally aggressive, screaming and swearing nonstop at this person. As two females, in a room with all men while this was happening, we were extremely scared and were trying to stay quiet the whole night. We were ready to ask for a refund and just check out at this point, so we went to reception the next morning to ask if we could do this. Since we had booked on a third party website, the hostel wasn't actually able to provide a refund. They also could not move us to another fully female room because there was no availability. However, the way they took care of the situation was something we had not expected. They showed immediate concern and apologized a lot for the experience we had. They offered us breakfast on the house and said that because they could not move us to another room or provide a refund, they would remove the guy from our room who was causing issues, which was done by the time we got back from our day. They asked us periodically throughout the day and the next day if everything is okay now and the hospitality showed by the staff was beyond our expectations. We are super grateful for this and would definitely come back again :)

The food was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful and the curtains on the beds were excellent
