The trip was indeed a nightmare. The room looked like a construction site. The walls were unpainted. The TV in the living room was dropped on the floor with all the cables. (Photos are available on request on our arrival on Wednesday morning.
After 3 days of complaining, workmen turned up and sanded and painted the walls while we were guests in the room! With all the dust and noise, we were forced to check out and go to another hotel for Saturday night.
When the cleaning lady came, she only came because we complained that the place was dusty! Even then, she stated that she was only there to clean the floor near the entrance where the dust was excessive. The rest of the room could only be cleaned if we paid an extra cleaning fee of £40.
The lock to the front door was spoilt and was left un-fixed all through our stay!
After over a week of complaining, they eventually came to hang the TV on the wall. But alas, the coaxial cable was too short so there were no signals. And till we left, the TV stood there, unused and unconnected after 2 weeks.
They had only one set of bedsheets and towels. So if you washed, you had to wait until the wash was dry and quickly had to iron them to reuse. Else, you were forced to go without bedsheets for the night.
Argued and argued and eventually got a report for one room for one night. Really wrecked our holidays and it’s our earnest desire that future guests are spared the nightmare that is Blue Green Suites.

Location was close to where I wanted to stay ..near Stanmore. I had stayed here briefly last year when the development was new and enjoyed it. And it was for a short period.
But this year was terrible. It was like living in a construction site. Putty had been applied on drywall and left unpainted. The TV was disconnected on the floor.
Only one set of beddings and towels were provided. So if you washed, you had to wait to dry and iron so that you could reuse them.
Management was unresponsive. After a week, the TV was hung up, but not connected, as the coax cable provided was too short. The electronic lock was damaged and we had to rely on one key so we all had to go out and return at the same time.
There were workmen working upstairs in the rooms upstairs and they didn’t have the decency to clean up. Bags of cement were left by the doorway!
Overall, a terrible experience. Not to be repeated. Not recommended to anybody ever. Not a good way to spend a holiday...bickering with unresponsive property managers.

Clean, Nice, Claustrophobic and it's not a hotel
Posted 2 Jul 2019 on HotelsI wanted to book a hotel. I got an Airbnb, that charged me a cleaning fee. There was no shampoo, conditioner, soap. If I wanted to book at Airbnb, I would have, wouldn't come to Hotels.com.
The place was clean, small and felt squeezed, tight, claustrophobic. I moved out on the second day - felt like I was staying in a small train coach

The suites are located within a 10 minute walk of Canons Park station, which is about a 35 minute commute to central London. The suite was clean and safe with brand new amenities. My husband and I were very happy with our stay.

Modern spacious rooms and very welcoming. My stay was very pleasant especially that the staff at Blue Green has been very helpful and friendly.
Kitchen was perfectly equipped and they also provide a welcome kit with coffee, tea, biscuits and still water .
I will definitely recommend Blue Green Suites.

There was a lot of space to move in. I was very positive surprised. The service was also very good. I can recommend this hotel to everyone, who wants a extra pleasant and comfortable stay.
