Be careful with the cleaning staff they stole some of my valuables. The Wi-Fi was terrible and useless.

Fantastic place to stay. Excellent room and other facilities. Quiet but close to lots of amenities of central London, especially Kensington Gardens. Would highly recommend it.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The staff were well presented , attentive and very helpful. I had a problem at checking were I was charged twice for my stay. The problem was resolved by the reception staff the next day and the monies returned to my account. The hotel was exceptionally clean . The gym was immaculate and the approach to the hotel , even from the street was very clean and tidy.

Checked in at 7 pm after a long day of travel. Asked to change room because it was very dark with one window that was a ground level and looked at a wall. Was told they were “full up and they had no other rooms. She also said if we arrived earlier that she might have been able to do something. Not a good response as it confirmed that we got the room that no one else wanted even though we pre-paid for the room.
