The pool and lifeguarding staff were amazing!! Was able to swim before check in and after check out.

Bathroom doors and back of room door visibly full of oily fingered prints and food residue, surfaces clearly not wiped or disinfected
Sheet in one bed very clean 2nd bed had hairs and crumbs clearly not changed between-concerning. They did bring new sheet when requested but sets a tone unfortunately. It was not clearly stated when booking on Expedia the slide is not open Mon-Thur whole reason we booked… and choose for nice gym equipment in poor shape missing part and out of order sadly disappointed overall :(

It’s a lovely hotel for a mini vacation but for this visit there were some issues. The plug in our jetted tub did not work making it impossible to use. The satellite for the tv was very choppy (weather was fine). The food and service at Shelley’s were awesome!!
