We stayed at Bermonds for almost 2 weeks. It was like home! The kitchen, laundry, and gym facilities were very convenient. The locations was fabulous, and staff are wonderful! We highly recommend this spot. Hope to go back again some day soon.

Quiet and large for London. Washing machine with dryer was perfect!

The room kitchen and cloths washing facilities really helped. Room was quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to London Bridge station. Only 25 mins back from a show in the west end.

Kitchenette and washer/dryer is a plus…. Easy access to Tower bridge , Borough Market, Shard and 15 minutes away from train…

Had issues with my accommodation, was assigned a disability room instead of a regular room for the first 3 days

For the price, I would have expected more. Stayed a week and the room was never once cleaned or new towels brought in. Upon arriving the first day, I opened a dresser drawer that had a pair of dirty sweat pants in it that had a bunch of blood on them. I informed the front desk and she was very apologetic and said that she would send someone up to retrieve them. The following day I received a very apologetic text about the incident and that they would have someone come up and refresh the entire room, and new towels. Then to enjoy complimentary breakfast on them. No one ever came and I responded to then in the same message they had sent me about no one ever cleaning the room or replacing the towels. Never received a response or heard from anyone the rest of the trip. I've gotten better service for WAY less per day then this place. We will not be returning for a second go round. Sorely disappointed!!
