Very friendly and welcoming staff, quick and efficient check-in, room was clean and well decorated with transport links on the doorstep.

Very tired condition, needs repainting and holes in walls repairing. Could not open window as broken. Air conditioner temperature could not be altered and clean filter notification on. Strong smell of cigarette smoke from neighbors room. Sink tap constantly dripping into metal sink that drove you nuts at night. Plus side shower good and hot.!!

I was in a basement room - no window, which wasn't in the description. The TV didn't work - and even when mentioned was not sorted. The double bed was against the wall on one side, with neither side having a bedside table. The wall above the bed had some dubious handprints ... The double bed was supplied with two pillows which were very thin - was promised more when mentioned but again never materialised. Whilst reception is clean and tidy - the part we were in was scruffy. On arrival ID was required, fine, but I was not impressed at my drivers license being photo copied, on asking for the copy on leaving it had "gone missing". One of the worst stays I've has when going through Expedia.

However, Usually we destroy all photo-copies of the guests within 3-5 days after their check-out. We would like to offer you a 15 % discount for your next stay at our hotel in the future as a gesture of goodwill.
